Trying Again

It's been hard to adjust to the new blogger thing.  I'm gonna do better though, swearsies.

To get started, a receipt:

Insalata il Caprese



Get the best stuff you can; the vineagar will give you a sharp pain in/about the wallet, but it really makes a difference.  It ya gotta skimp, buy cheaper mozzarella. Olive oil is ways assumed to be rosemary infused, just sayin' :



Caprese

6 - 8  maters
Fresh mozarella
Basalmic vineager
Basil
Olive oil



1) slice the maters and mozarella;

2). Arrange on a Plattah;

3). Sprinkle lots of basil;

4)  drizzle with basalmic and olive oil

Eat the rest of the maters with some  bread; we like Bimbo, with a bit of Dukes:
